Cocktail by: Meagan Crumpley

About This Drink

When California first went into lockdown mode during Covid-19, we sent Meagan Crumpley a photo of our home bar and asked her to create a cocktail with bottles from our shelf.

“I wanted to do a Negroni variation, but playing with more springtime and earth flavors” says Crumpley of her bitter agave sipper, “I like to sip on something low abv at home, but still direct.”

Ingredients

1 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Suze
1/2 oz Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz Mezcal

Servings | 1 Cocktail

Glassware | Double Rocks

Family | Negroni

Garnish | 1 Grapefruit Twist

Preparation

Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir with ice until cold. Pour over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
